End of the Beginning @ CEE & GDC Canada
April 24th & 25th SnakeTakes Studios officially unveiled its brand new IP / Franchise which is called; END OF THE BEGINNING... (EOTB)
End of the Beginning is a sci-fi / thriller set in the not too distant future in which an alien race known only as the Grey have begun an invasion of the planet earth, using humans as weapons and spare parts the Grey are overrunning the military, police, and other such agencies with ease...
You as the player control one of two elite warriors, Shadow (Tshiodo T'ang) born Chinese and raised as a fighting monk to be trained as an assassin until the age of eighteen when he was noticed and then brought into the ranks an ultra secretive shadow government called the Dark Envelope or DE.
Your other playable character in EOTB is Commander Wolf, unlike Shadow, Wolf is a brute force, heavy weapons guy, he typically has two guns on the go at any given time and uses that to his advantage, PURE DESTRUCTION ensues when Wolf lets his military issued firepower do the talking...
The DE a mysterious and illusive organization made up of descendants of the ancient Pharaohs, Illuminati, and Knights Templar, together these shadow societies secretly control the world from the facade of establishment...
Arming the worlds most lethal warriors to the teeth with Nano-technologies such as the Nano-Armor that can repair itself from damage/s and gives the person/s inside dramatically improved power & speed without being bulky and awkward, nanobots instantly arrange themselves into a perfect fit suite tailored to the individual wearing it...
They'll need it...
The Grey have already destroyed much of the east coast of north America and are now working their way west... All the civilian & military organizations of all the available Coalition and even non NATO countries have been on the attack but to no avail, we have already lost over 65% of our global military forces, and what little are left have gone into hiding for fear of annihilation.
The Apocalypse is upon us...
Humanities only hope lies with a handful of ultra elite warriors working for humanities most powerful and yet mysterious organization the Dark Envelope who's mission it is to stop the Apocalypse before humanity is decimated and their is nothing left to save...
